Offerings with built-in discounting or where pricing is based on already-discounted spend, for example:

• Any SKU whose fee is a percentage of other spend (e.g., Premium Support Variable Fee, Enhanced Support Variable Fee)
• Committed use discounts (including resource-based and spend-based) Preemptible and Spot offerings

Offerings with a large third-party, hardware, or professional service component, for example:

• Archival, Coldline, and BigQuery physical storage
• Database Backups
• Generative AI
• Google Kubernetes Engine
• Google-Managed Multi-Cloud Services (e.g., BigQuery Omni)
• Partner-led Premium Support
• Select specialized VMs (e.g., certain memory-optimized or compute-optimized VMs and certain TPUs and GPUs)
• Support (including Technical Support Services or TSS)
• Third-party services (including licenses)
