On February 17, 2026, the Palais Brongniart buzzed with the energy of innovation and security. For its 4th edition, the S3NS Summit brought together 1,300 participants around a clear ambition: making "Trusted Cloud" (Cloud de Confiance) the engine of growth for businesses and institutions.
The morning began with a plenary session, featuring Patrice Caine, Chairman and CEO of Thales; Anne Le Hénanff, Minister Delegate for Artificial Intelligence and Digital Affairs; Thomas Courbe, General Director for Enterprise (DGE); and Thomas Kurian, CEO of Google Cloud. Together, they reaffirmed that data security is no longer an option, but the very foundation of our competitiveness.
S3NS is no longer just a vision; it is an industrial tool ready for the most critical use cases. With PREMI3NS, we offer the technological power of Google Cloud within an environment where we control every link in the security chain.

CEO, Thales
Trusted Cloud is not a theoretical promise but a concrete tool for users, a lever for transforming organizations and companies. It enables rapid innovation within a framework of trust.

Minister Delegate for Artificial Intelligence and Digital Affairs
This ministerial intervention highlighted that 2026 will be the year of mass deployment for SecNumCloud 3.2 qualified solutions.
S3NS is reaching a new stage of maturity. With 30 services now available on PREMI3NS, our cloud offering covers the operational needs for the most demanding enterprises.
The event was also marked by a major announcement: the arrival of Vertex AI Model Garden on PREMI3NS starting in 2026. This first building block will allow organizations to harness the power of Generative AI within a framework of total trust, ahead of the progressive rollout of other suite services.
This commitment was supported by 40 conferences held throughout the day and the presence of 28 service partners and software vendors. Industry leaders took the stage to share their insights:
The Summit provided the opportunity to officialize a major milestone. In addition to its SecNumCloud qualification, the PREMI3NS service offering is now ISO 27001 and HDSv2 (Health Data Hosting) certified. This announcement demonstrates:

Because technology is nothing without human expertise, S3NS announced the launch of the "Trusted Cloud Leader" curriculum. Complementing Google Cloud’s "Cloud Digital Leader" path and leveraging the pedagogical expertise of SFEIR, this program is designed for IT executives who wish to master cutting-edge technology fundamentals alongside a deep understanding of cybersecurity. In-person sessions will begin in April, with a virtual version available by summer.
The ambition of S3NS was to provide the market with a Trusted Cloud that benefits from both performance and SecNumCloud security. This is now a reality. SecNumCloud is not just for large groups and Operators of Vital Importance (OIVs). Our conviction is that SecNumCloud is a standard that must benefit everyone... It is a perfectly mastered strategic business decision that allows for acceleration.

Chief Sales Officer, S3NS
The major innovation of this 2026 edition was its ability to address a wide diversity of business challenges. The S3NS Summit demonstrated that Trusted Cloud now encompasses all sectoral needs, from public data management to critical industrial infrastructure. Through a sector-based approach, visitors followed five thematic tracks for a 2.5-hour deep dive into their ecosystem via co-creation workshops and concrete demonstrations:
The success of this S3NS Summit confirms that innovative companies are ready to scale. S3NS reaffirms its role as a strategic partner, enabling organizations to innovate without limits, with the certainty that their most sensitive data remains under European legal protection and compliance.
Our aspiration for 2030 is clear: to consolidate this momentum and make S3NS the central pillar of Trusted Cloud in Europe, supporting the digital transformation of all strategic industries toward a model combining world-class performance and absolute security.
