In collaboration with S3NS, MGEN has embarked on a profound transformation of its infrastructure and business model to support this shift from individual to collective services, differentiate itself in a rapidly standardizing market, and foster new growth opportunities. MGEN began its journey toward the trusted cloud in 2023, joining S3NS's first offer: Local Controls with S3NS.
The new platform-based Information System relies on innovative technologies and the Trusted Cloud by S3NS to offer “white label” digital pathways and a modular ecosystem, capable of integrating and interfacing with other mutual insurance companies and healthcare stakeholders (health centers, researchers, healthcare personnel, administrative services, laboratories, medical device suppliers, etc.).
This new Information System will be able to accommodate up to 6 million people, protected with a high level of performance, by relying on a major French player, able to offer high value-added IS services, while guaranteeing security and sovereignty.

This approach optimizes agent journeys, generates useful data to improve services and overall health, and creates value. This "as-a-service" industrial model, made possible by the Trusted Cloud by S3NS, is more efficient and more adaptable, and it helps limit IT costs.
The proposed solution combines Google Cloud's portfolio of services, powerful analytics and AI capabilities, and compliance with the legal, technical, and operational requirements of the SecNumCloud qualification, guaranteeing protection against extraterritorial laws.
We are very proud to welcome MGEN among the customers of our Trusted Cloud offer. Their ambition to create a mutual platform is a very good example of what the Trusted Cloud allows when it is used in a field as strategic as healthcare, where data security, transparency and sovereignty are vital issues.
